Usage method

When lifting, clean the surface of the workpiece to be lifted first. The center line of the permanent magnet crane should preferably coincide with the center of gravity of the workpiece, then place the crane on the working plane and rotate the handle from the "OFF" position to the "ON" direction to the limit pin. Check that the security tilt block of the handle is automatically locked and then lift.

When lifting workpieces, overloading is strictly prohibited, the human body is strictly prohibited from passing under the workpiece, the temperature of the workpiece is to be lifted and the ambient temperature is not greater than 80 degrees, and there is no violent vibration or impact.

When lifting cylindrical workpieces, keep the B-slot in contact with the workpiece in two straight lines, so the lifting force is only 30%-50% of the rated lifting force.

When you have finished lifting, press the handle button inwards to disengage the security key from the security pin on the handle. Turn the handle from "ON" to "OFF" to the limit pin. The crane is switched off and the workpiece is disconnected from the crane.

Maintenance

The permanent magnetic crane should be used in the process of lifting and moving to avoid collisions and knocks on the contact surface to avoid affecting the performance and life of the crane. The bottom surface should be protected with oil when idle and wiped clean when in use.
