The PTK vacuum chuck is an intelligent chuck commonly used in grinding machines, CNC finishing machines, and CNC for the cutting of non-magnetic materials, and is able to strongly suck the workpiece using compressed air. (Non-magnetic materials include: plastic, stainless steel, copper, brass, aluminum, acrylic plates, glass, etc.). The equipment mainly consists of suction cups, suction cup connectors, suction cup bases, and vacuum generators, which can be selected and assembled according to different working environments and workpiece requirements.

The advantages of PTK vacuum suction cups are their high stability, strong adsorption force, and long service life, which can greatly improve production efficiency and product quality. Features

The vacuum suction cups of our company adopt the principle of "ten-point positioning" and do not require a vacuum pump, but only need to supply air to the compressor.

The suction force is strong and the pressure is automatically maintained so that a certain pressure-holding effect can be maintained when the power and air are cut off.

Quick start-up, in 4 to 6 seconds it can reach working condition.

The product is easy to operate and the stop switch can be used immediately if incorrect placement of the tool is found during the ventilation process.

Suitable for all kinds of vertical machining machines, with a wide range of applications and flat workpieces regardless of material.

The size of the bottom surface of the machined product is not less than 120 mm*120 mm.

Method of application

Wipe the bottom of the suction cup body clean, put it into the machine table, press the two sides of the pressure plate through the pressure plate slot, and connect one end of the suction cup self-contained air tube (8mm) to the suction cup socket, and the other end to the air source in the workshop or on the equipment. The seal is then clamped into the keyway of the suction cup table (smaller than the bottom plane of the machined workpiece) to enclose the shape of the product (operate at the maximum size, just do not exceed the size of the product). The workpiece is then placed on the suction cup table, covered with the seal, lightly pressed against the workpiece, and the air supply is switched on.

Attention

There are several suction holes on the vacuum chuck table, you can open them all at the same time, or you can choose one of them and block the others.
